Work hard. Want to be the best. Friendly and want to make a great product that makes people happy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All employees have a positive attitude. The CEO doesn't care though. We've been dying from heat for months and now it's summer and we still don't have it fixed. Getting to be bad/poor working conditions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting a raise. All managers should make $20 a hour or more. You can't rent anything for less than $1,000 a month. Assistant mngrs. should make 20+. The general manager gets all the bonus while the assistant that does all the work gets barley anything and the shift mang. gets none. Bonus' n raise
