The other team members are great to work with. The managers are the problem
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better management and changing oil ect intead of trying to find ways to cut and save money
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently at my store we don't get any so anything would be a step up from that. Employee of the week or month with a slight bonus such as $20 voucher to envourger hard work and feel appreciated for hard work.
