Our store manager is treating us very terrible. It's like what we do is not good. We don't have enough products and customers are getting mad and we're still short staff. I did not come to work to ripped customers off of their meals,lie about receipts,and cheat to make the store look good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very hard worker and we can get alone very well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If our leader change is attitude and treats other equal then maybe the store will work better and faster.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We're as shift managers understand our team but it's just store manager with negative vibe he brings to the store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For to have a better store manager thats equal and don't insult his employees work. Maybe we can better without the pressure.
