The Manager I was hired by lied about the job position. Was made to clean Sanitary offenses, at lower pay. Manager was supposed to manually input hours and neglected to do so. Two hrs in the first week are missing from pay. While Sanitation has not improved at said location. The Local Health Dept.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and Honesty. Respect for teams members integrity and respect as.Human. Was verbally deprecated on a daily basis. Threatened to be fired on multiple occasions. Even called and asked.to come.in earlier than Scheduled. Harassed frequently by Head Manager Peggy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If my hours had been properly calculate and I was Compensated properly. When I was recruited for said Position. Posting stated$15.00 an hour. During my interview I was high pleasure by two different Managers to take lower wage than previously informed. Yet was told to hurry up and make a decision.
