Horrible management. Disgusting/unsanitary cooking cleaning. You can never get in contact with the HR department on several occasions to no avail. I would never work for the yum brand ever

Yes. I would very valued if my pay was adequate to the years of service/ experience i have.

Respect for eachother Morning meetings about progress and sales and what we could do to make our sales. Listening to suggestions from staff. Acknowledgement for how well we're doing. High pay. Bonuses
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Pay the previous manager her WORTH. Bring her back & let her get the store back in place. She was real, direct & step the standard of the company. The company lost a great manager & since she has left, the store has been in complete disaray.
