Chosing employees who are happy to work, not going into interviews with the mindset of the 'older the better' and being fair
Being allowed to communicate with one another without assuming it isnt work based and making us work in silence for hours till the day is over.
Not going on a power trip and abusing staff members. Understanding commucation, does not spread lies and rumours about employees. And overall being extremely childish in every situation
Confiding in the work place about personal struggles financially but only making the situations worse. never communicating to employees about changes in future rosters and not talking poorly about employees behind there back as a manager
The company is known to treat employees terribly, keep us in the dark on imporant future roles. Signing us up for future roles without asking permission, telling people employees have quit without having a conversation with said employee who has requested more shifts.
