They need to get better at being a leader. There "leaders" are jot leaders.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If they stopped only hiring teenagers and kept the drama out and helpped train there new hires effectivly without loopholes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That some of us are friends and we understand how terrible management is so were not alone feeling under appreciated and under paid

Everything is wrong and how it needs to be improved is manager needs to be fired and all the empleyees need to be re trained
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued because i was guarenteed hours and guarenteed time on the schedual but because the manger put her personal life in the work place she took me off the schedual and gave me minimal to no hours a week and fidnt pay me fairly at all. I would feel better if they got all new management
