
If they stopped only hiring teenagers and kept the drama out and helpped train there new hires effectivly without loopholes.

I felt undervalued because i was guarenteed hours and guarenteed time on the schedual but because the manger put her personal life in the work place she took me off the schedual and gave me minimal to no hours a week and fidnt pay me fairly at all. I would feel better if they got all new management
