As a shift manager I'm sick of our GM being petty towards coworkers, cut hours if she doesn't personally like you or constantly causing a hostile environment. I love KFC and working for the the company but the GM in Russellville KY named Skylar Covington is horrible. We can't keep anyone

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop treating coworkers like crap just because your personal life is having problems, work the hours scheduled. Just because she's GM salary doesn't mean she can leave work to run personal errands
