I was hired back in October 2023. It took Roberto the manager of the location on Young Street in Erie NY. It took him a month after me being hired for him to put me on the schedule. Once he did put me on the schedule, he would either not let me know that I was on the schedule or wouldn't put me on
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive. The associates are miserable. There's always people arguing about what days they can work, and when they can't due to the manager not doing what he supposed to be doing as a manager.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The manager is the problem simple he doesn't know how to tell his associates when they're wrong or when he feels they're not doing something the way that they're supposed to be doing. He will just talk about them to another manager and expect that manager to relate the message. Not very professional
