Terrible managment. Some managers were spending a little to much time with underage employees. My chemical gloves were not replaced after multiple request leading to burns on my fingers. Management would stop cooking fresh food early in the night so they could go home early.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Highturn over rates mean not much time is invested into employees. I was barely provided any training.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a customer smile. Giving them a few extra pieces of chicken or going above and beyond for them. Its lovely to see peoples faces light up like that.
