The work environment is most of the time very uncomfortable. There is always staff issues and personal problems happening. Because of this, the store is never running how it should. Employees are stressed to even come and work at the store most days because of individuals.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I wasnt even interviewed when I started working for KFC
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no leadership in out store. We might have a "leadership team", but there is no actual structure
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like my family. All of the team members are extremely close and we get along well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Due to no structure and no firm leadership, we are not getting anything done properly when it comes to service, speed and quality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been working here for several years, throughout the good parts and bad, I have put this job before most of everything in my life and have never been recognized once.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe the negative employees who have brought pure uncomfortabilty and made people scared anxious and nervous need tk be removed. My cowokers shouldnt have to come to work worried about what could possibly happen
