I take pride in my work, no matter how little I do make I know that my efforts of what I do make a change change begins with one person and I believe i can help things get better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because when I asked for a raise, I am told that I can't get one even though I have came in early have worked doubles have helped managers do their job have been called a bitch with a manager after previously talking to a GM have been tried to fire unfairly due to Haras
