Hard workers. Know their roles. Know what needs done and when to keep operations smooth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They visit our stores and point out where we can improve with suggestions on how to do it. I like when they're specific.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We train as thoroughly as possible according to each employees capabilities. Some learn faster than others so we do our best to not overwhelm new hires along with working with anyone struggling mentally or with burnout. It's made us closer as a team because we show care.
