If I have to compare with other job experiences I might say it gets 4 out of 5 stars. It all depends if you get an excellent team that is willing to put their best into achieving success. Right now I'm seeing results and my opinion towards my job and the company is improving each passing day.

They provide excellent Learning and growing opportunities into becoming a better employee.

Human resources people were nice and easy to understand. The interviewer was very specific and clear.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the knowledge that I'm being appreciated by my managers. Receiving enough recognition from my superiors and the customers. Most importantly working with an excellent team of coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Making your customers happy is highly appreciated as it gives us the satisfaction of knowing we're doing our work correctly. We learn how to be patient and excellent customer service associates. It's a great learning tool for business careers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Christmas bonuses and each time we get an employee of the month award, sales prize or any other recognition certificate it would be highly appreciated to be anything other than a certificate to eat at the same company we work and use our employee discount 5 times a week.
