11 years ago collins foods cared about its managers and its team members now all they care about is themselves in the office. Maybe if the CEO and other high people worked in a few stores for a week they would understand how much crap there managers and team members get
What did you like most about the interview process?
I never interviewed I got offered the job when I was 14
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing it's a horrible place to be. My children will never work for this company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Make the CEO and the people under him run a few of the business store around for a week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I have been with the company for 11 years and they don't care. They don't even care that a store manager of 38 years has been off for 2 months.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My staff are great with me. Currently I am the only manager they will work for. They won't come in and work for our acting store manager. When I leave in 2 weeks half the staff will walk out
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current store has no leadership. If something doesn't happen soon at that store there is going to be a mass walkout. The current acting store manager is rude and disrespectful to the staff. She has been there a month now and still hasn't spoken a word to half the staff.
