Mr. Anthony J. Palmer, also known as Tony, has been President of Global Brands and Innovation of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since March 7, 2012. Mr. Palmer served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Kimberly-Clark Corp. since September 2006 until 2012. He served as the President of U.S. Natural and Frozen Foods unit of Kellogg Company since August 2003 and Managing Director of Uk and Republic of Ireland since August 28, 2004. He is partner with the leaders of Kimberly-Clark Corp.'s consumer, health care and professional businesses to ensure business strategies are based on meaningful and actionable insights from the people who choose and use Kimberly-Clark brands and products. He is responsible for leading the development of a global, enterprise-wide focus on marketing to accelerate Kimberly-Clark Corp.'s progress in generating insights that drive all aspects of its business. He joined Kellogg in 2002 as Vice President for Innovation and then helped improve sales when he was promoted to President, natural and frozen foods divisions, Kellogg USA. He served as President for Global Laboratory Products for Fisher Scientific International. He is a seasoned business leader with global marketing and management experience at some of the world's top consumer packaged goods companies. From June 2002 to September 2006, he worked at the Kellogg Company, Battle Creek, Michigan, in a variety of leadership positions in both U.S. and international markets. He served with Coca-Cola Company USA, in marketing and general management positions with the Minute Maid division and later as region director for Coca-Cola in Australia from 1996 to 2000. Before Coca-Cola, he served as a marketing manager with CSR Refined Sugars since 1995 until 1996 and Mars Confectionery Australia since 1992 until 1995 in the US and Asia Pacific. Which followed several years in consulting with The LEK Partnership since 1991 until 1992 and The PA Consulting Group since 1986 until 1991 where he served as a senior consultant and business development manager. He serves as a Director of the Advertising Council, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of The Hershey Company since April 28, 2011. He received an MBA from the International Management Institute in Switzerland, in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from the Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, in 1986 and a master of business administration degree from the International Management Institute in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1989.
