Everything was great until the health insurance policy switched to a health negotiating practice. That has been a nightmare. I also have a new center director that is not interested in employee retention and that is concerning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team motivates me and the kids are fun.

We support each other, work well together, and rely on each other to make the work day fun.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Patience, open-minded, being more supportive to the team of teachers who are carrying the center during unsettling times. And become familar with the state licensing rules and regulations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some of my coworkers are paid more than me and I have been working there longer and have three degrees, owned my own childcare center and have been a CD for at least 10 years compared to their highschool diploma.
