Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Kindercare specically as well as the entire childcare industry is behind the rest of the country in paying a fair wage - especially for the work. It is not an easy job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good people. But there is a lot of absenteeism and not always a lot of professionalism. This should be teaching. But the job isn't always being done by someone who teaches.
