The staff that take care of the children day in and day out are treated as peasants by the company. They refuse to pay livable wages for the hard work we do, we literally keep tiny humans ALIVE everyday and get paid minimum wage. I can make more selling coffee or burgers & not be so mentally drained
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Figuring out way of getting behavioral and special needs children the help they need. The teachers and other children should not have to be subjected to constant abuse because this setting is just not the place for some children and were to afraid to disenroll. We're doing a disservice to all kids

PAY US A LIVABLE WAGE AND APPRECIATE THAT WE ARE SHAPING THE YOUTH OF AMERICA! This country wants everyone to be smart, successful and rich, yet make it impossible for the lower-midaverage class to achieve in certain fields. You want us to build the brains for peanuts; while we sacrifice our sanity!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay us above minimum wage !!!! I could become a regular babysitter and be paid 20 an hour to watch a few single amount of children, but u want to pay the bare minimum & expect me to act as if I'm a teacher and take responsibility for 20 tiny humans who don't listen, don't understand, and don't care
