parents arent seen the mishandling of their children because of covid restricting access to the building, but if they saw, i know theyd pull their kids out in a heart beat
My coworkers and I are paid less than teens in the food industry. Even with college education in ECE. this company "pays" in benefits, but discounts and deals dont pay my bills or compensate the hard work of caring for children without support or training.
most positive thing is how hard our Director tries to keep things together even without support from the higher ups. she can only do so much on her own. low pay means low quality employees and she cant help that. but she is appreciative of the hard work i put in.
