Theres no organization in classrooms, no structure and dueing covid pandemic they dint follow what licencing permits. The mix teachers and kids a lot, parents are mad and they are deopping kids because they dont stop even when we had a lot pf vobod cases in the center.

The team is very bad that noone wants to work here everyone is moving to a better job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They paid use my personal hours and I didnt ask them to use it. I had plans for my hours. They should ask first.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more organized and stop having preferences. When you say no to something they try to bether you moveinh you from your classroom even sending you to the kitchen.
