When presenting helpful changes, teachers are bothering administrators. NO staff meetings or communication mechanism in place. Admin operate independently from the classrooms; need oversight of admin/teachers. Pay below avg; shifts change constantly , teachers are fatigued.

Better followup, training modules more marketing related vs technical training; Director skipped some segments. helpful if Corporate headquarters phones answered to get employee clarity. Retention of families w good teachers sells business more than "brand" marketing.
