Director does not respect their employees. She has an bad attitude, and cares only for her bonus and benefits

The director does not respect her employees. I give her a notice to start a part time schedule but she did mot care and keep ask me to work extra full time weeks. She did not say thank you for your hard work. She comes to center rarely it only if her boss coming for a visit. She cares only for her b
