I love the company but wish they paid more not only to the directors but for the teachers. It woukd help the company grow and become so much more than it is.

My DL has 21 centers and too busy to focus on a lot of things needed to be done
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More guidance with the taleo process. I have a lot of candidates that inloae because they can not figure things out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a director i take on so much responsibility and feel I am not valued. The teachers deserve more pay as well. If I could hire at a hire wage rate we would have better quality and an overall better environment
