Pay a living wage not minimum. Less extra benefits for money back on my paycheck. Perks at work is stupid, and insurance is way to high compared to what we are paid monthly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding what a teachers daily life is like, with the pressures and stress they add on top of parent expectations. Understanding that they have teacher shortages because they pay so low compared to other child care centers basically anywhere
