The decision to stop giving out raisings but increase the rates of tuition is unbelievable and quite sad.

What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference in some kids lives. Not everyone has a happy home. But seeing the kids in my class smile when i arrive is amazing!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The starting rate is $12.75. When i can go and work at Dairy Queen where the starting rate is $16. Being a single mom who struggles financially, its still hard to think about leaving my KinderCare kids.
