I love the kiddos and some coworkers, however there is little to no accountability and discipline. I have seen coworkers no call no show 3 out of 5 days in a week and still come back and work like nothing happened with nothing but a slap on the wrist. Money and labor is prioritized over all else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing nice can really be said.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The kids. The kiddos will always be one of the only positives.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Disciplinary policies need refined and to be taken seriously and actually utilizes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education but am still getting paid 12.75 an hour. It's frankly laughable.
