The company charges a lot of money to the parents but pays teachers just above mininum wage , if you have tenure you reach a pay cap they dont give you raises anymore just a 500 dollar bonus a year with taxes taken out , it is a slap in the face. The new pay scale only benefitted new employees

Tenured employees do not get raises only a small bonus , new employees make just a few dollars under employees that have been there for over 15 years
