Managers need more of a backbone to keep employees in line. Special treatment is making it harder for the good workers to feel motivated.
I receive a pretty decent compensation considering what others make doing the same thing in the area. It all comes down to your manager and what they are willing to do to help you receive fair pay.
Kindercare as a company is average. I believe the higher up people don't have the mindset or knowledge of the first hand experience actually caring for children in a setting like this. Some maintenance issues and such are brushed over.
