It's been good, I just wish the company was more about the learning development of the kids over corporation policy. I think their view on how children should learn is not accurate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we work together at all times for the sake of the kids. Team work makes the dream work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they actually talked and weren't like robots. Also that they gave me an opportunity based on my degrees over experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are women and understand the value of family and health.... Also that they seem to really care about the kids over the money...
