Disappointing and exhausting but I love the kids
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care about the children, they are doing the best they can with little guidance, everyone stays late, and they help each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I had leadership that supported their staff and a company that valued their employees enough to get vacation before working there a year, and had enough staff to actually allow them to take their vacation
