The asst Director seemed very funny and friendly at the time

The leadership team is always there if u need anything at all and they r very helpful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have over 10 years experience working with children and I am making minimum wage, when the previous job I had was paying me $5/hour over minimum wage
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The director and assistant director have a lot of favoritism towards certain employees. The assistant directors little sister gets to do whatever she wants and takes 2 hour lunch breaks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The favoritism is unreal! I was told that I couldn’t leave work at my scheduled time off because the person who lets me go (the asst directors sister) had a date to go on so I was told I have to stay late and I wasn’t able to get to my sons daycare befor
