The children and families I work with. Watching the growth and development of my students
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better education and training. More pay and more accountability so the good employees have a reason to stay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid fairly. Not seeing new employees with no schooling of experience be hired making more money than me. A boss that would fight to get fair compensation for good, reliable employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I make the same amount a highschool student can make and I went to school for this. Director says they cant get me a raise because it's a corporation. I worked for many corporations that have no problem compensating good employees. Not this one. They rather have a huge turnover rate than pay well
