Being paid fairly. Not seeing new employees with no schooling of experience be hired making more money than me. A boss that would fight to get fair compensation for good, reliable employees
I make the same amount a highschool student can make and I went to school for this. Director says they cant get me a raise because it's a corporation. I worked for many corporations that have no problem compensating good employees. Not this one. They rather have a huge turnover rate than pay well
