I HATE it here. I truly can not wait until the COVID 19 scare is over and alternate childcare facilities start to hire, i will be leaving.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers, my fellow teachers are amazing, managment is just awful
What did you like most about the interview process?
i did feel extremely comfortable at the interview. it felt like i was talking to friends. it was really a great interview process.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managment dont interact on a daily basis youre stuck in a room until you call to use the restroom and have to wait 15 minutes just to do that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we make an average of 50%less than district teachers but they call us educators and teachers. we are overwored and underpaid. many people feel this way however very you have the skills our trust that managemnet would be a good reference if we sought employment elsewhere.
