I just love the kids and helping them grow, while seeing my child get the same thing.

My director was very nice and I could tell right away that she takes her job seriously.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They love my child and care for him very well. We also show appreciation for one another nearly every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that I should be paid more because I grew up helping my mom with her in home daycare. The first diaper I changed was when I was 4 years old, started babysitting at age 9, had a few nanny jobs, all while helping my mom for 22 years. I get paid $13 and I have more experience than most.
