What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is very down-to-earth and approachable. I don't feel as though I have to put on airs, be unnaturally buttoned up, or act like I'm someone else. I can show up to work as myself, as can my coworkers, and we can have great professional relationships without having to change who we are!
What makes you most happy at work?When I hear a customer rave about Klaviyo. It never gets old to hear how the product has made a difference to an entrepreneur who is trying to chase their dream, build a business, and make a livelihood. It reminds you that any hard days, projects, etc. are so worthwhile!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Maintaining focus on market opportunities, moving faster, and not getting distracted by initiatives unrelated to our core business
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We need to be more solution oriented.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?We're trying to be ambitious and collaborative. It's hard to balance those things and we over-index on ambition.
