We all truly work as a team, and help each other out to get the job done.

All members of the leadership team are very approachable, and do a great job of engaging employees when they are involved with certain initiatives.

They are all open and approachable. I feel like I can have a chat with them not just about work items, but things outside of work as well.

My team is super engaged not only in their own work, but with others on the team, and always willing to help with other goals that may be outside of their own.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that it felt more like both sides were getting to know each other, as opposed to a one sided interview. It felt more like a conversation where I got to learn just as much about the interviewers and the company as they got to learn about me.
