Trying to be supportive and inclusive with their employees. Always being empathetic with their personal lives and providing the necessary time to heal. I truly appreciate the level of accommodation provided to me during my most difficult year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Back in 2021, I was offered a position with 15k salary bump. I chose to stay at KUBRA. I was given the promotion of Team Lead, but found out someone on my Team was offered more than my initial raise. The difference of our salary is only 5k.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Jordan and Nathan are readily available to help me draft an email once a qualified lead has been made. I appreciate that they guide you, rather than just tell me exactly how to proceed. They appreciate my input. Collaboration is important and I feel they both do that cohesively
