Very supportive, collaborative, friendly teams. The company is pretty secure regardless of current state of external influences. Open to evolve

Very forthcoming on all fronts. Open to change and opportunities. Invested in the whole team that runs the whole company

Very supportive, even when something doesn't go as planned, the team rallies and we all learn from any issues/errors

The management ensure we are paid fairly based on the market, our role, our seniority and experience. RRSP contribution is great also

Very open about objectives and goals, openly discusses action points to reach these, and helps to vet out any blockers that may impede them. The team also knows that mistakes will happen, and work with the team to ensure we learn as we go and grow
