I've been here long enough to see the ups and downs. Overall, it has been a very positive experience at the company. I would love if KUBRA would allow more flexibility with remote possibilities for my colleagues that focus better from home than coming into office.

Raises that keep up with inflation would help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing the work KUBRA does impacts people, whether it is through Storm Center, Notifi, or EZ-PAY. We affect people's lives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really helpful and willing to work hard to help you solve your issues, while still producing incredible work in their own fields.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I mostly interact with Product leadership and they have a clear idea of what we need to accomplish. They are caring, dedicated individuals who want what's best for the Product team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am remote and I love it that way. I get to visit office whenever I need to but work in an environment that works for me. I am very thankful for that. The environment is very encouraging: Product leadership encourages everyone to speak up and jump in to help if you want to.
