health insurance is very good but could be less expensive

Again less KUBRA only mindset and start thinking like a larger company

positivity from management team on ideas that aren't their ideas - KUBRA has the talent but it is not utilized by the Sr. Team
What are some of the best things about your team?
the team works well together and very open with ideas. however most is shot down by the leadership team because they only think the KUBRA way and not what is best for the client
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
use the intelligence of the employees that have been hired from outside but have extensive industry knowledge outside of KUBRA / way too many decisions are made by people that have only experience from the many years at KUBRA (seems as if the KUBRA way is the only way which is stagnating vision)
