I have noticed rarely that people are excited about the work. Mostly handling the pressure and limitation. Then I dont see any good initiatives and solutions.

Collaborative environment, Good compensation, Less work hours.

Able to see and say hi to them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My previous company colleagues paid more than what i get now
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm not sure we need to work more interactively more rather than individual projects
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Team meeting and team challenges improve the collobraion better. The Help requested or help from other team always requires more delay and not able to get resolution or response on time to make a better move. Due to that we have to waste lot of time researching or asking leaders to help to speed up
