I have a strong relationship with my manager. I'm given flexibility to do my job at my pace without being micromanaged. I really enjoy the people that I work with.

I love that I'm not micromanaged and can carry out my duties with a great deal of autonomy.

There is definitely a feeling that the leadership team cares about us all, as colleagues and as a family.

I know at the end of each day, I have given my best effort and that gives me a lot of personal satisfaction.

My vacation allotment is very generous, not just with vacation days, but with the additional personal days, days to use for charitable activities, etc.

Our HR team and senior management work really hard at providing us many many fun, interesting, and diverse opportunities to engage with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team are champions of social justice. Also, leadership during the pandemic has been stellar. There has been a wealth of information shared and the team, our CEO in particular, has been reassuring us and keep us informed every step of the way.
