KUBRA is a great company. The people and leaders are probably the best part. We work with professional individuals that work hard and have fun doing it and also show care for one another. This is awesome.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The leadership that interviewed me were very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable in speaking and sharing. It gave me great perspective on what my working relationships could be like.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are a few things, but the time off allowances work very well with my needs. 401K match has been nice to have. I have also appreciated the profit sharing as it has been a great benefit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the level of trust and responsibility our leaders offer, allowing me to have ownership of my work with offered encouragement and direction of how I can improve. Also, our leadership team is very available to help support our efforts.

The show that they care about each of us. During COVID it has really been something that has stood out. We are successfully evolving to face these challenges with optimism and I am grateful to be working for such a great company.

They are always looking to improve the work place. With Covid they have made many changes that are considerate to each employees concerns. This is something that can be hard to accomplish but they have handled it really well. Also, they are always looking to improve employee benefits and incentives.

I am working with some great people. Everyone I work with have great attitudes without egos. We work together to provide the best solutions that serve company and client goals. It is awesome to have great team discussions where each member can be heard and a part of the decisions made.
