Lots of excellent experience building innovative software with the team. While work done between offices that work on different software projects is important to the company's future success, there is a lack of understanding & leadership in attempts to combine the software written in .NET and Java.

Lots of understanding for workers' needs, good recognition of individual and group achievements.
What do you like best about your company?
The company supports building the right product for our customers and not cutting corners just for speed or profit.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the use of a timed coding problem that was relatively free-form (not requiring programming within hard-to-use applications). Good interactions with the team during in-person interviews.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of hard-working contributors who manage to get a lot done given their limited resources. We do a good job of communicating and collaborating together.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
There are still quite a few managers either more interested in making something not their problem or quoting the former-CTO as the reason they're running things a certain way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is interested in producing extremely useful software and services for our clients. They also take an active interest in improving conditions for workers by providing better benefits, work/life balance, and more.
