When a client shares how KUBRA has helped solve a problem for them or improved their customer's experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
KUBRA's leadership team has worked extremely hard to keep the company in a competitive position. They have been making excellent efforts to connect with and empower employees to make improvements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think innovative ideas and hard work get recognized and implemented. Employees feel safe to raise objections to designs or practices that they might have a different opinion on and the leadership team has shown that they are open to acting on that feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really appreciate that my teammates at KUBRA stay very focused and committed to our objectives but also manage to have a great sense of humor! I've always enjoyed that I can share a laugh with my co-workers. I think that has helped us overcome many truly challenging situations.
