Imagine a place where only one person gets to make decisions. The CEO really doesn't understand people or process but thinks he knows everybody's jobs.
The CEO is a tyrant leading this company into the ground. The product is laughable at the moment.
The CEO does not like people. He slinks down the side of the halls to avoid making eye contact or speaking to staff. He is always looking for ways to cut fiscal corners and his callousness toward people is legendary in HR/HR Tech/NY circles. Read the bad Glassdoor reviews to know the truth.
