What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people that work at Landing are energetic, fun, and enthusiastic. The people have created an office environment which I look forward to coming into.
What did you like most about the interview process?I felt like I really connected with everyone I spoke to. I enjoyed my conversations, and never felt like I was just a checkbox in their process.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?General culture of fear and uncertainty drives everything we do. No one feels safe from the C-Suite down. This is the culture the E-team wants, but it is not sustainable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think that company needs to complete a market analysis to determine the cost of labor as well as the cost of living. This will ensure that the compensation for the roles are competitive .
