Learning Care Group Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything is better them most

The pay is worth the time.

Payment and benefits is good

The promises of sign-on bonuses and tuition discounts are great, but I have witnessed many instances where they are not delivered. Again, hold yourselves accountable and pay attention to these rising concerns that are found all over the internet.

It has had a so/so impact on me to be honest.

Medical benefits, vision benefits, decent starting but not enough

The benefit options are pretty good and I can insure myself and my two children without breaking the bank.

Comparable pay to other companies

Been with the company 17 years, growth and development have been key for me. The PTO is also really nice!

Childcare discount is by far the best at the manager level.

Unlimited paid time off and company car

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Classrooms are too full, leading to stress and unsafe conditions for the children.

Most support staff barely make more than minimim wage, and lead teachers don't make much more than support staff. Facilities are regularly understaffed causing strain on employees. Proper compensation and knowledgeable quality staff would make a huge difference.

Better pay, better PTO options, the possibility to earn bonus is non existent, no appreciation shown to employees from the company

Hire more teachers with qualifications

Getting enough warning to plan ahead so I can make it to my required training; having co-teachers that actualy want to work with other teachers.

Better pay for the length of time you are employed by company.

Getting paid for my work ethic

Compensation for field employees is low but it is also a struggle in the field in general.

Review from Operations Dept

They do not treat us as if they care. We are simply their laborers. I have to wait a whole year for benefits and the pay is not good enough for the amount of of work.

All teaching staff is over scheduled and underplayed

Im the only black employee in my facility, I'm also the only employee that works a split shift there. Ive been with the company for 4yrs. now, have asked for different hours, but still haven't gotten them changed, but 3 new hires recieved the hours they wanted. I haven't left because I love my class

I’m not paid of my job duties. My health insurance is so expensive and covers absolutely nothin

Fair yearly rasies connected to the fact that everything from food to living is costing more.

Review from Product Dept

We need to be paid more

Pay me what I deserve based on my education and experience

To be seen as educators not just childcare

Average market value for wages. Insurance is mediocre but is incredibly high per week. Decent retirement but very few stay long enough to benefit

Insurance is very expensive aand only decent at best. Retirement is good but very few stay long enough for it to be effective

I do not make enough to pay my student loans and rent

I'm a strong and hard worker. I always try and go the extra mile for my coworkers when I can. I put in a two week notice and was offered more money. Its been two months since that promised raise. I've yet to see any of it.
