They are very understanding and compassionate.
Leadership could use some work. They don't lead by example. Won't go out of their way to help their team. Use their phones during the day but employees can't.

The promises of sign-on bonuses and tuition discounts are great, but I have witnessed many instances where they are not delivered. Again, hold yourselves accountable and pay attention to these rising concerns that are found all over the internet.

Was asked nice questions at times.

I really didn't have to interview because I was hired back under my previous director.

Playing with the kids and teaching them new things. Watching them retain information from days prior is a joy.
